We have this week added customer reviews to our website. We have teamed up with a feedback company called eKomi.
eKomi are an independent and transparent feedback collection and management service. eKomi collects real customer reviews for products and services. Only businesses who use the specially developed eKomi software to collect real feedback can obtain the eKomi seal of approval.
eKomi ensures that reviews come from real customers because only customers who have had an experience with us can give feedback.
The reason for us doing this is we would like to hear from our customers. We ask our customers to submit a review of their Valentino’s experience 1 week after their order was placed. Good or bad we want to hear from our customers!
Whether you wish to talk about the product you ordered and/or service you received any feedback will be more than welcome.
